5. User Contributions and Community Guidelines

History Hero encourages vibrant discussion and commentary on the untold stories and transformational journeys we explore. If you choose to post comments, feedback, or other materials (“User Contributions”) on our Site, you are solely responsible for the content of your contributions.

You affirm that you own or control all rights to your User Contributions and have the right to grant the license below. You represent and warrant that your User Contributions do not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

5.2 License to History Hero

By submitting User Contributions, you grant History Hero a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. History Hero DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR ACCURACY IN OUR HISTORICAL NARRATIVES, WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE.
